workout:
1 hour prenatal yoga (teaching)
1 hour vinyasa yoga (teaching)
starting my first classes for one of the local yoga studios. it iwll be nice to teach in a little different atmosphere than the gym. we will see how they go!!! i am excited though. these i get paid a percentage per person, it may start out smaller but has the potential to make quite a bit more than what i make at a gym. so i guess we will see how it goes.
also i am subbing a body pump class tomorrow am so need to study up on my choreography for that! oy! i have plenty to do! i get 2 days off this week because we have Holy Days starting Wesd night. i will probably still take a couple of little walks, but other than that i have those 2 days off! i am kind of looking forward to it
i am going to be CRAZY busy for the next few days, trying to teach, get the house together and get food ready for the Holy Days. hopefully i can get it all done!

60 minutes body pump (teaching)
60 minutes hatha flow yoga (teaching)
practicing karate with son
tuesday workout:
60 minutes body pump
60 minutes hatha flow yoga (teaching)
40 minutes total body toning (teaching)
weds workout:
60 minutes hatha flow yoga (teaching)
60 minutes silver sneakers (teaching)
60 minutes cycling
ok those are my workouts for the next few days, so in case i dont make it online that is what i am doing.
Chana is doign great with potty training! YAY! we are on day 4! and she is doing awesome. i dont think it will be long and she will be totally potty trained

and we can have her byebye diapers party
